These Terms of Service govern your use of the Imaginal application and website at getimaginal.com (the "Service"), operated by Imaginal ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Imaginal is a personal development application built around the teachings of Neville Goddard. The Service provides an AI coaching experience, guided visualization sessions, and tools to support a personal practice of mental and imaginative discipline.
The AI within the Service generates responses in the style and voice of Neville Goddard for educational and personal development purposes. Neville Goddard's published works are in the public domain. The AI responses generated by the Service are original outputs created by the AI and are not reproductions of copyrighted material.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not create more than one account per person. You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
New users are offered a 7-day free trial of the Pro subscription. The trial begins when you complete the initial consultation within the Service. You will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid Pro subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
The Pro subscription is billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Pro features until that period ends.
After canceling Pro, your account reverts to the free tier. Your consultation data and conversation history are retained. The personalized features of the Service are paused, not deleted. You may reactivate Pro at any time to resume your personalized experience.
Payments are processed by third-party processors including Stripe and RevenueCat. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable subscription rate.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-period, your access continues until the end of that period. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for documented technical failures that prevented you from accessing the Service.

Neville Goddard's original writings and lectures are in the public domain. The AI-generated responses within the Service are original outputs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize those outputs without our written permission.
Your personal data and conversation content remain yours. We do not claim ownership over what you share with the Service.
Important. Imaginal is a personal development and educational application. It is not a mental health service, a medical service, or a substitute for professional psychological or psychiatric care. The AI within the Service is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, psychological treatment, or clinical intervention.

The Service is provided for personal development and educational purposes only. Results from using the Service vary by individual and are not guaranteed. We make no representations about specific outcomes from using the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Imaginal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional distress.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Imaginal is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
